The Master Plan consists of the following seven functional elements: Demographics, Economy, Community Facilities and Services, Transportation, Natural Resources, Land Use, and Housing. It also contains the Future Land Use Plan and Thoroughfare Plan. The information is available for your review and comments in a comment box at the botton of each functional element. The background data, which provides a more indepth overview of various conditions, trends and projections, is available by clicking on the link to the left,  and is placed in the Master Plan as an appendix.
